Smoked Wings
We have smoked wings - boneless or bone-in. You can choose bbq, ranch, hot, mild, buffalo, buffalo ranch, sweet and sour, garlic, garlic butter, garlic parmesan, honey, honey bbq, honey mustard, or old bay.
Smoked Alligator
A full rack of alligator smoked to perfection. We only get this in once in a while and sell tickets ahead of time...and we always sell out! Be sure to watch for the next time we schedule Smoked Alligator!
Corn Ribs
A section of corn with a Mexican style street corn seasoning deep fried for just a few minutes. We add our special dipping sauce for them. Come on in and try them out either as an appetizer or as a side.
Hog Wings
Yes folks, that is our hog wings ( aka pork shanks). Come on out and try a few. They come with different seasons to satisfy your tastebuds. People go hog wild over these!
